How It Works:

Step 1: Choose the collection that best fits the style of your event.

Step 2: Select the floral elements you would like and the desired quantity.

Step 3: Let us know your pick up date in the notes section at checkout and place your order!

Step 4: Confirm all quantities and request changes no later than 14 days before your scheduled event.

Step 5: Retrieve your pretties at our design studio in Grand Rapids, MI on pick-up day!

Customization and Cancellations:

Customization: We do not offer customization of any of our a la carte offerings, however special requests like “can we include blue?” or “we really love dahlias!” will be taken into consideration when choosing floral for your orders. Please leave any special requests in the notes section at checkout.

If you’re looking for a more refined palette or desire large scale installations, please request a quote via our inquiry form for Full Service Floral offerings!

Cancellations: All cancellations and refunds must be confirmed no less than 15 days prior to the scheduled date for Pickup. Any exceptions will incur a $50.00 administrative fee. Cancellation requests within 7 days of Pick Up Date will not be accepted and the customer will incur full charges.
